Ingredients
- Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- Green curry paste
- Coconut milk
- Fish sauce
- Sugar
- Eggplant, sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Basil leaves
- Jasmine rice for serving
Instructions
